Yes. Insurance is included in your quote at no extra cost. The exact limits for your carrier and vehicle are confirmed to you in writing before pickup.
A small amount in the trunk is usually fine, kept below window level. Items left in the car are not covered by transport insurance, so anything valuable or fragile should travel with you.
Someone does, but it does not have to be you. Any adult you choose can hand over the car at pickup and sign for it on delivery, as long as they can inspect it with the driver and sign the condition report. Alternatively, we also offer contactless pickup and delivery options.
We can still move it. A car that doesn’t run needs a winch-equipped carrier, which adds a flat handling charge. Tell us when you book so the right truck is assigned.
Open transport is right for most cars. It costs less and there are far more open trucks on the road, so pickup is faster. Choose enclosed for luxury, classic, exotic or low-clearance cars, or whenever you want the car protected from weather and road debris.
